But Mr. Bobby Fulbright! Yue got sigils from the bodies while they were in the acid pool? We had to use a long metal pole to get those out. He even claims to have taken ALL their sigils, so why was Mario still in possession of one REAL SIGIL when I searched them after we fished out their bodies. To make my point clear, the bodies were so far away from the edges of the acid pool, I couldn't even get a good picture of them. No one could reach them with their hands to search them in that state.
There are always Key sigils in play Mr. Fulbright, they can be found lying around or at any of bodies of those destroyed by our so called curse monster. Having one to lock a door isn't a big deal at this point in time.
Yue lied about taking the victim's sigils and unless he has a good explanation, he cant have gone through their inventories since the bodies were in the vat. If he had contact with the bodies before they went into the vat, then we have a different problem.

And is there truly no way of hiding a key sigil in here? Perhaps in a way which people would not find with a casual inventory check?

Yes, I agree that Yue had not taken all of the victims' sigils, but rather, for a different reason. If the bodies were not dumped in the acid upon discovery as Yue mentioned, then it is plausible to have taken the sigils. My turning point lies in that... Yue had only taken one sigil... only one, a dark sigil, because the rest of his inventory had prevented him from carrying anymore.
There is one thing that had honestly bothered me since yesterday... Siren's curse death. In that case, I was the final person to trigger the body announcement, meaning there were two others that had arrived before me, one of which was the curse. Now, assuming the curse cannot take sigils as it can atrack from anywhere, this means that the second person who discovered the body... had taken something from Siren... a key sigil. Key sigils are supposed to appear upon each curse death, correct? Or at least, that is how it has been so far, but upon searching Siren's body right after the body announcement, I was not able to locate a key sigil or any new one for that matter, only her starting ones.
Therefore, I believe that the killer had most likely been the second to have found the corpse. Also, if I recall correctly, almost everyonr had rushed downstairs to see the cursed death, including Ai Enma... as for Mario, he was either on the second or the first quarter. If the killer had truly been in the first quarter before myself at the time of Siren's death then that leaves not many people, as not many of us had returned to fiest quarter often... in fact, I can only recall one person who is currently active that had been on the first floor.

"All right. If you'll give me the time, I'll answer your questions one by one."
- "The story of how I was captured is rather. . . embarassing. I was investigating Siren's death, trying to make what sense I could of it. I investigated her, then left for lab two in order to investigate the corpse of subject 49. Apparently I had the wrong lab. I supposed it was there because I remember there was an acid pool around when we watched him burn, but I believe I must be remembering it incorrectly. In any case, once I got to lab 2, I saw the bodies of Mario and Enma. Of course, I wanted to investigate the bodies before I did anything else. But while I was there investigating, someone locked me in. No blunt weapons, sneak attacks, nothing. They just shut the door and locked it behind me. I was there for a night." - "Their inventory wasn't anything too special. Mario had two sigils, three bottles of dangerous chemicals, and a small knife. Enma had only a metal pole on her when I arrived." - "My memory of their body's condition is a bit hazy, but I do not believe rigor mortis had set in either of them." - "I was locked in the room for the end of a day and one night. I'd say about eight hours, perhaps? I don't remember the exact time you found me though."
A second statement I'd like to make: "The killer entered the room twice. The first time to deposit the bodies, which I was not there for. Then I entered lab 2 and checked the bodies. Then they came back again. They came in covered in a bedsheet, armed with a metal pole and their ElectroID. They were quick though, and sprayed me with chloroform before I could do anything. I woke up a short time later, but there were a few noticable changes to the room. First off, the bodies had been moved to the pool. Before then, they were lying in the middle of the room. Secondly, I had written a message in Mario's blood on the floor should I happen to die. The message contained information on who I thought did it and why I thought that. That message was erased, which I believe confirms my suspicions of the culprit. I will wait to share my suspicions of the culprit until I'm in the clear though.
(((OOC: I intended to take all the sigils. I'm not sure how I could have missed one)))

Hmm... this may be unrelated, but I had a dream about Ai Enma going on a long journey in a land filled with monsters. She was fighting giant spiders, vampires, and zombies until she finally collapses near a large wall somewhere and dies. Take it as you will.
Darius, were witnesses hallucinating as there are reports of people seeing Ai Enma after her supposed time of death?

Clarification, red and blue have no effect in this trial. Only verbal bullets can be used for statements of absolute truth. Statements in red or blue can be taken as normal statements.

"W-well, Pebble! Can you praise Abelvion for pseudo-Investigation!?
Can you prove it's possible to destroy an item in here? I just checked, and the acid's not even strong enough to fully destroy clothes! Who's to say that keys and such would be destroyed either? I also looked; and it's possible to see the bottom of the pool, where there isn't a key. You'll need proof that Yue could destroy or hide the key in here! Otherwise, in the name of JUSTICE!! I'll have to say Yue was trapped in here by another person!! Playing Devil's Advocate is hard orz...
On another note... I did get to see what you meant by the victims' becoming unconscious (going by what's been said in Skype chat, since no one wants to talk about their findings here...). I do wonder though... Could the acid be cover-up for something else too? I tried looking for signs of struggle, but the acid's too prevalent for me to check properly! Anyone mind taking pictures of the bodies before I try wiping down the acid to look when the game fully/properly resumes ofc?

Well... I left water and napkins in the lab if you want to wipe down the bodies... Do what you will... Yue could have hidden the key on his person and as the door has been opened already, there is no way to prove that he did not take the key as he left... I doubt it is possible to destroy a key unless you happen to be a certain demigod...
So Yue, would you mind explaining why you hadn't revealed this when you first woke? It would have been quite useful for the investigation. (not that I investigate well anyhow xD)
Do you believe the culprit to have taken other sigils from the victims? I do wonder what the motivation is... Stolen sigils do get quite heavy...

I now have reason to believe the victims were stored in another room... Verbal Bullet – Incomplete Drag Marks They come from lab 1. The bedsheets are thin, so even a small wound would allow blood to soak through before long. There are two drag trails about body sized.
I believe the murderer had used chloroform to knock them out and then stored them in lab 1. A small stab (or other method) inflicted the poison, but the murderer did not think that the blood would soak through quite as fast. So he/she dragged the victims into the hall and then carried them to lab 2 when it became obvious that the blood would leak through.
I would guess that it is just easier to drag a body than to carry it, so he/she did so until it was necessary to do otherwise.
Yue, do you remember if the bodies were slashed up when you first found them? Im fairly sure this should be obvious... but I'm just making sure...

"As for your first statement, could you please clarify what you're asking? I don't understand. For your second, yes, the bodies were slashed when I found them. Something worth noting though, is that the bodies were bleeding a lot. I'm not quite sure how that's possible, but my hands were completely covered with blood the second I examined them. I'm not quite sure how that could be the case, but it's what happened."
"Lastly, since Pebble here told me I'm not doing myself any favors by witholding this, I'll say who I believe the killer is. The fact that you defended me really makes me feel terrible for doing this, but I believe the killer is you, Fullbright. I saw you leaving the room immediately before I went in, and you felt the need to erase the message which placed my suspicions onto you. I'd like someone to check what sigils he posseses and which apps he has on his ElectroID. If the results hold no real significance, I have nothing more to say."

"Wh-what!? Wh-why, dear Yue!
I can't believe you'd just throw blame onto me like that!
... But if you need, you can see my sigils! I have my Light Sigil left! I used my Life Sigil for a Heat App; and my Imaginary App went toward a Cool App! Now I can enjoy the legendary Cat's Doom and Ice Cream whenever I want! Wahaha!!
As for my Good Sigil... Some rotten scoundrel thought it'd be a fun idea to go around jabbing syringes into people to take their goods (da dum tss)!! But my personal endeavors to retrieve what's been lost are my own business. On the other hand! If you guys find a spare Good Sigil, I'd very much appreciate if you guys don't mind my having it!! Of course... I can't really make you give it up if you want it that badly...
On the other hand... I am worried about that other thing... Especially since this happened...
But there must be a reason you'd suddenly say you saw me there, and also say I erased a dying message of yours! In the name of a greater JUSTICE!! I'll take this dive!! And I'll trust you to the end!!"

The more I find, the more unlikely it is that the culprit was after sigils... Yue still has the sigils he took and Mario had the one he missed. These would have been simple enough to steal. Perhaps motivation would be the fight between HQ and LI...
(Also wondering if you were afk during the time the culprit returned, the time he/she had to act differs... but you might have seen the culprit if they had taken too long...)

Alright then, we have a few possible situations on our hands, but first allow me to confirm one point.
Verbal Bullet - Chloroform
If you take a whiff around their mouths and nose you can still smell that antiseptic smell of chloroform. Its irrevocable that they were hit with Chloroform at some point. Besides that I would like to present our options as to who the killer could be.
Yue has claimed he saw Pokedude exit the laboratory area two just prior to him discovering the corpses. Now we know Yue and Darius discovered the corpses, but we are missing the third person. This lets us narrow down some possibilities with some assumptions.
Our first possibility assumes that Yue IS NOT the culprit. As such he has a reason to tell the truth and a reason to lie. Both result in him pushing himself from being executed. If he truly saw someone he nails them as the culprit and he is safe. If he lies and claims he saw one then we all move towards that person instead of Yue. So....
A. Yue is not the culprit, but discovered the bodies. Darius is not the culprit, but also discovered the bodies. This means the third corpse discoverer is the culprit. If Yue is telling the truth and Bobby was in the room with the bodies, then Bobby also discovered the bodies. Bobby is the Murderer.
B. Yue lied about seeing Bobby in order to divert suspicion from himself, but he is not the culprit. In this case Darius and Yue still discovered the bodies, but our third discoverer is missing. That person is unknown and is our culprit.
The next possibility assumes Yue is the Killer, in which case he definitely lied about events to some degree.
C. Yue killed the two and might have been spotted by Bobby, in which case Bobby fled after seeing the corpses in an attempt to save himself. Yue turns around and uses this to blame Bobby.
D. Yue killed the two, but Bobby was not actually involved at all and is merely a scapegoat. Our mysterious 3rd finder is still missing.
I would also like to mention that only two downloads of the chloroform app were available when testing room 3 opened. One of which was claimed by Dr. Faust, but his ID was destroyed. Finding the second Chloroform app downloader, as both times were downloaded when I checked during investigation, could result in finding our killer.
